How to Register for EscrowTaxes

To begin, go to escrowtaxes.com.

After reviewing the important information about EscrowTaxes, click Get Started and the screen will scroll down to the fields where you can locate your bill. 




Under the Calculate Your Payment section

  • Select your state from the State drop-down menu
  • Choose your county from the County drop-down
  • Select the type of search criteria you'd like to use (such as account number, owner name, or property address) from the Search By drop-down
  • Enter the search information in the field to the right of the Search By dropdown, and click "Find My Bill."

Once your bill is displayed, click "Show Payment Schedule" to view the estimated monthly payment breakdown.

If you agree with the monthly payment amount shown, click "Enroll in Escrow Payments."

Complete all required fields on the registration form, confirm you are not a robot, and click "Register."

A verification code will be e-mailed to you. Enter the code in the Verification Code field and click "Continue"

You will be redirected to this screen. Click "Add New Payment Method" to enter the payment information for the account you'd like the monthly payments to be withdrawn from.

Select your payment method (Credit/Debit or ACH/ECheck) and enter all required fields. Then click "Add Payment Method".

Select from the drop down the payment method, check all the boxes to agree to the terms, then click "Enroll and Make First Payment." Your first payment will be charged automatically.
